Simple delicious doghnut recipe with eggs

- 300 grams All-purpose flour
- 100 grams Sugar
- 1 large Egg Room temperature
- 7 grams Dry yeast
- 1 whole Nutmeg
- 200 ml Water
- 3 cups Frying oil
Add all dry ingredients : flour sugar nutmeg salt (salt should never come in direct contact with yeast)
Mix well and sift
Add yeast and mix to incorporate
Add egg and lukewarm water and mix together to activate yeast
Cover and let rise for an hour(rising time depends on temperature)
After an hour, punch out air and let rise again for 30 minutes
Heat the oil
Make small balls with fingers and drop donuts in hot oil
Constantly turn to evenly cook and brown
Serve with breakfast porridge,Tea or any other beverages
